Welcome

We continue to welcome new patients to join our practice. Prior to your first visit you will receive a Welcome Package. It will include information about our practice and some forms for you to fill out. So that we can be prepared for your visit, we ask that the forms be completed and returned in the self-addressed envelope prior to your arrival. This way you can be seated more quickly on the day of your appointment. Your first visit to Leopold, Murphy And Main establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor.

What to expect

During your first visit you will have time to get to know your doctor and discuss any concerns or questions you may have. The doctor will perform an examination of your mouth and jaw and any digital x-rays required will be taken at this time. Your doctor will display your x-rays on the computer monitor so that you can see them clearly and explain any diagnosis with you thoroughly. Following your initial visit with your doctor you will be able to schedule a hygiene appointment (if it isn’t already scheduled immediately following your doctor exam) and any other necessary treatment.

This will help relieve any anxiety you might be feeling and help you formulate questions for the doctor prior to your visit.
